How do I place an order online?
Click this link to begin the registration process, Register Now!. Fill out the necessary information and you will receive a user name and password within 24 hours. While you are waiting feel free to browse our online catalog by clicking on the magnifying glass on the home page. By the time you have your user name and password you will be ready to go!
My password is not working. Help!
Your user name and password are case sensitive so be sure you are entering it exactly as it has been set up for you. If you still can't get it to work please email school name and address along with your name to info@junebox.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I find an item that is not in your catalog?
If the item is not in our catalog we can probably special order it for you. Please call our Customer Care department at 1-800-321-6730 and one of our helpful associates will assist you in finding the item you are looking for.
I have to order an item but I only have a catalog from 3 years ago. Is the item number still the same?
Probably not but you can do a search for the item by using our browse feature. If you still cannot find the item please call our Customer Care department at 1-800-321-6730.
Can I purchase materials from you if I am not a Teacher?
We do ship to customers not affiliated with a school on everything except chemicals; however, we are not currently able to do it via our Internet website. If you are not affiliated with a school and would like to place an order please call our Customer Care department at

Can I browse your catalog without registering?
Yes you can. Simply click on the picture of the magnifying glass on the front page, from there you can do a keyword search or you can enter a catalog item number to browse our catalog.

Who is my sales rep and how can I contact them?
To quickly find out whom the sales representative is in your area click on the Sales Reps tab to the left. Once you are there click on your state and you will see your sales rep information including their phone number, address and email address. Feel free to contact them at any time.
